Please email Ms. Linda Reeves at Florida Department of Environmental Protection and request that the DEP require a proper application process to change any part of the Harry Berry Park acre parcel, and also require a public comment period as part of this application process. The developer should not be able to remove, alter, change, add features, or relocate any portion of the acre without DEP/NPS review and public comment. Tell them that you are concerned that the city is claiming nothing will be changed, but the developer renderings show changes to the acre.
This acre contains restrooms, a park and playground, and a public parking lot by A1A.
